This diploma certifies the language ability required to be able to express oneself spontaneously and fluently without an obvious effort to find the appropriate expression.

It consists of the following tests:

• Comprehension of written speech and use of language (90 minutes)

• Comprehension of spoken and written language and use of language (50 minutes)

• Mixed skill: Comprehension of spoken and written language, production of written language and communication (80 minutes)

• Mixed skill: Comprehension of written language and Production of spoken language and communication (20 minutes / 20 minutes of preparation)

According to ALTE (Association of Language Testers in Europe) the C1 Diploma corresponds to the following international diplomas:

• English: Certificate in Advance English (CAE)

• French: DALF C1

• German: Goethe Zertifikat C1 (CEF)
