Instructions for Use

User Guide of the Education Platform

Welcome to the Castilla Spanish language centre platform! Follow the instructions below to create an account, register for classes and get the most out of your learning experience.

Create an Account

  1. Visit to the Platform:

  2. New User Registration:

    • Click on the "Register" button on the home page.
    • Fill in the registration form with the required information:
      • Name
      • Last name
      • Email
      • Password Password
    • Click on the "Register" button to complete your registration.
  3. Email Confirmation:

    • After your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Open the email and click on the confirmation link to activate your account.

Registration in Courses

  1. Login:

    • Return to the platform home page and click on the button with the user icon.
    • Enter the email and password you used during registration.
  2. Tour of the Courses:

    • From the main menu, select the "Courses" category.
    • Browse the available courses and choose the one you are interested in.
  3. Register for a Course:

    • Click on the course of your choice to see a detailed description of the course.
    • Click on the "Join the Course" button to register.
    • If the course is paid, follow the steps to complete payment by credit card or PayPal.

Use of the Platform

  1. User Profile:

    • From the user menu, select "Profile" to view and edit your personal information.
    • You can upload a profile picture and update your information.
  2. Student Control Panel:

    • In the Control Panel, you can see your registered courses, your progress and the announcements from the teachers.
    • You can also access your course calendar and scheduled exams.
  3. Course attendance:

    • Click on the course you wish to attend.
    • You will see the "Course Schedule" section with the available courses and activities.
    • Click on each lesson to view its content, including videos, slides and texts.
  4. Submission of Tasks:

    • To submit an assignment, go to the "Assignments" section of the course.
    • Follow the instructions for submitting your file or answering questions.
  5. Participation in Debates:

    • Each lesson has a discussion board where you can ask questions and interact with your teachers and classmates.
    • Click on the "Question & Answer" tab to join active discussions or start a new one.
  6. Progress and Certifications:

    • Track your progress in the "Progress" section of the Dashboard.
    • Once you have completed a course, you will receive a notification of the issuance of your certificate.
    • You can download your certificate from the "Certifications" section.
